Dedham Boathouse Covid-19 Strategy
• Please do not visit if you or a person in your household currently has any covid-19 symptoms
•You will be greeted by a member of staff to let you know our flow of the building when you arrive. Full table service given to our customers when staying within the facility. A take away service is also available if required.
• Please sanitise your hands upon entry to the site and regularly throughout your visit
• Please ensure you are wearing a mask or face covering when entering the building and subsequently moving around the building there after
• We encourage card and contactless payment throughout the site
• Indoor parties should only be occurring in groups of up to two households (including support bubbles) with a maximum of 6 people
• Tables are in position with allowing correct social distancing measures, tables are not permitted to be moved or seats added to unless agreed with a member of staff
• We are required by law to collect information of each visit. We only request a name and telephone number of one member of each party. Please respect our requirement to do this by law. Your data will be stored safely for a maximum of 21 days and not used for external marketing purposes. In addition, we have the NHS Track and Trace QR code to use. Please just download the NHS Covid-19 app to use this before arrival.
• We have completed a full covid-19 risk assessment which can be viewed upon request
